Tangkahan is a small village on the border of Gunung Leuser Nasional Park in North Sumatera. Tangkahan is an interesting place in many ways. Interesting for what it has to offer and an interesting background. The elephants, the jungle, and the clean rivers are obvious attractions.
Itinerary
DAY I | MEDAN - TANGKAHAN
Start from hotel or airport, we'll leave for Tangkahan with ± 3 hours trip duration. Arrive at Tangkahan, we'll check-in and take a short break. After taking a short break, listening short briefing from local guide while preparing yourself to do jungle trekking activities. After doing jungle trekking activities, lunch will be served at the edge of Kupu-Kupu Beach. After lunch, do fun tubbing and ride an elephant. After that go back to the inn to clean and rest. Furthermore, dinner and free program.
DAY II | TANGKAHAN - MEDAN
After breakfast , guests are given free time while preparing to check out the inn. Then back to Medan. We'll drop you to hotel or airport. Tour finish :)
